1. Recurring keywords / key ideas
- ADHD trap
- Hyperfocus tunnels
- Practice before books
- Curiosity vs commitment
- Motivation decay
- Pedestalizing learning
- Small experiments
- IFS (mentioned as example domain)
- Dopamine chase
- Results first, theory second
2. Core / novel / atypical ideas
- When curiosity hits, do not open with a book or deep guide; that path drops you into hyperfocus tunnels and kills follow-through.
- Test a domain with a tiny repeated practice first. If it moves the needle, then read deeper. If not, leave it.
- Searching for a teacher or perfect resource before any practice is framed as drama that burns motivation.
- Pedestalizing a simple activity as esoteric or metaphysical is procrastination dressed as seriousness.
3. Context and flow
Short personal voice note (trashed Untitled stub). Spoken, unfinished, looping. Oriented to self-instruction about how to enter new domains without ADHD self-sabotage. Not a research brief. Human orientation is the point: frustration + humor + a usable rule.
4. Publishing angles
- Experiential: “practice-first entry” as a lived ADHD operating rule (mechanism essay / short post).
- Pair with learning-style or metacognition pieces later; do not Authority-label this.
- Avoid turning into generic productivity listicle.
5. Miscellaneous
Live folders Untitled, Untitled 1, Untitled 2 under April Active were empty. This content only survived in .trash/Untitled.md (~1.5KB). Other trash Untitled 1-6 are empty stubs (skipped). Raw text repeats/overlaps mid-note; keep as fragment, not polished source.
