01 - Publish Triage: Worthy vs Redundant
Vault: Gemma 14
Pipeline: CONSTITUTION - Publishable Asset Pipeline
Index root: 00 - Master Index
Date: 2026-07-28
Method: Read Master Index + all Index - *.md four-part maps (keywords, novel ideas, flow, publish angles). Classify for website / Labs / Canvas relevance, not for “interesting to keep forever.”
Index format QC (is the vault framing good?)
| Check | Verdict |
|---|---|
| Four components present | Yes on all Index notes sampled (1 keywords, 2 novel, 3 flow, 4 angles) |
| Source path recorded | Yes on samples |
| Type tag (research / conversational / product-spec / mixed) | Yes via Master Index + notes |
| Mode Authority vs Experiential | Yes in §4 |
| Append-only Master Index | Yes (good; do not wipe) |
| Dedup noted (OpenWebUI, Atlas) | Yes in Master Index |
Verdict: Framing is good enough to treat as Phase 0 complete. Slightly different wording from Gemma 13 batch map, same job. No re-index pass required before full mapping. Optional later: add Priority: High|Med|Skip and Target: labs|canvas|portfolio|private frontmatter to each Index for automation.
A. Publish-worthy (content for Canvas / Labs)
Ship-shaped ideas, models, systems essays, visual learning, speech OS, agent stack stories. Primary fuel for full Phase 2–3 mapping.
A1. High priority (core Labs stream)
| Index note | Why | Mode lean | Suggested category |
|---|---|---|---|
| Index - What’s on the Menu | Signature cognitive OS / anchors / questions-as-retention | Experiential | Models |
| Index - Process vs Capability Learning | Strong teachable contrast | Authority | Models |
| Index - Visual Compression for Learning | Visual Wiki science spine | Authority | Models |
| Index - Pinterest Visual Information Compression and Visual Wiki Maps | Origin + skill story for carousels | Experiential | Experiments |
| Index - Optimizing Workflow for Speech | Three-brain / talk-architect-execute | Authority | Models |
| Index - OpenWebUI Interface vs Hermes Middleware Stack | Lived face-vs-brain stack | Experiential | Experiments |
| Index - WebUI and AI Agents | Questions-first systems, UI for doubt | Authority | Ideas |
| Index - Core Verbal Architecture Cluster | Portable systems lexicon | Authority | Models |
| Index - Verbal Clusters to Learn | Pocket lexicon / carousel fuel | Authority | Ideas |
| Index - Systems Thinking Outcome-Based Upskilling Model | India skilling + leverage critique | Authority | Models |
A2. High priority (product / systems proof)
| Index note | Why | Mode lean | Suggested category |
|---|---|---|---|
| Index - Feature Intro Bubble Chats | Spatial chat product thinking | Experiential | Experiments |
| Index - Bubble Chat MVP RoadMap | Architecture principles | Authority | Experiments |
| Index - Atlas Thinking Workspace Technical Specification | Spatial AI workspace TRD | Authority | Experiments |
| Index - Cursor MVP Implementation Guide | Capture utility MVP philosophy | Authority | Experiments |
| Index - Engineering Specification V1 | Normalize-once capture eng | Authority | Experiments |
| Index - Project Requirements Document Vault | Cognitive closure anti-scope | Authority | Models |
| Index - Metacognitive Toolkits and Market Agents | BYOK agents + validation | Authority | Ideas |
| Index - User Interfaces UI | Agent UI landscape | Authority | Ideas |
| Index - Self-hosted Dashboard | Homepage/Docker ops habit | Experiential | Experiments |
| Index - Excalidraw Self-Host and VPS Open Source Stack | VPS toolkit map | Authority | Experiments |
| Index - Open Source Productivity and Cognitive Tools List | Curated OSS list post | Authority | Ideas |
A3. Medium priority (useful, second wave)
| Index note | Why | Caveat |
|---|---|---|
| Index - NitishLabs Systems Laboratory Site Snapshot | Brand language source | Better as meta / positioning than a “discovery” post; use for site copy |
| Index - Site Launch Feedback | Design language / craft | Internal craft → optional “how Labs is designed” piece |
| Index - B2B Marketing Funnel MQL vs SQL Card | Teaching card | Good Visual Wiki seed; light on narrative |
| Index - CEO Funnel Strategy Outreach Surfaces | Outreach map | Business ops; publish only if you want public GTM content |
| Index - What’s on the Menu - Questions Only | Question ladder | Companion to full Menu, not a second full article |
| Index - Few More Feature Add-ons | Gesture UX ideas | Merge into Bubble Chat / Atlas series |
| Index - Resilience vs Emotional Responses | Careful experiential | Publish only if tone is generalized; no third-party harm |
| Index - Saheli Chatterjee Overview | Knowledge-map + printer as system | Sanitize: product idea yes; do not center a private person unless intended |
Count A (publish-worthy for pipeline): ~22 Index notes (A1+A2+A3, with merges reducing unique public posts to ~18–20).
B. Redundant / low value for website (keep Index, do not Phase-3 as public posts)
| Index note | Why not public (or only after heavy sanitize) |
|---|---|
| Index - Truth about Love and Relationships | Personal / intimate; PRIVATE unless fully rewritten abstract |
| Index - Investigation Report iOPEX John Ebinesar Interview | Named people + OSINT job path; internal only |
| Index - Content Marketing Manager JD iOPEX | Employer JD / interview prep artifact; not a Lab thesis |
| Welcome | Vault default, not content |
Ops note: Do not delete Index notes. Mark mentally as Skip public. They can stay for personal memory.
C. Duplicate / merge guidance
| Cluster | Action |
|---|---|
| What’s on the Menu + Questions Only | One Final from full Menu; optional appendix “question trail” |
| Feature Intro + Bubble Chat MVP + Few More Feature Add-ons + Atlas TRD | One Atlas / Bubble Chat series (3 posts max), not 4 competing Finals |
| Cursor MVP + Engineering Spec V1 + Vault PRD | One capture/closure tool series or single long systems post |
| OpenWebUI/Hermes + WebUI and AI Agents + User Interfaces | One agent UI stack cluster; cross-link, avoid triple-covering Hermes |
| Visual Compression + Pinterest Visual Wiki Maps | Pair: science post + origin/method post (both worthy) |
| Core Verbal Architecture + Verbal Clusters | Pair or single “verbal OS” piece |
D. Suggested full-map order (when you say go)
- Wave 1 (Labs identity): Menu, Process vs Capability, Visual Compression + Pinterest VWM, Speech workflow
- Wave 2 (stack proof): OpenWebUI/Hermes, Speech/WebUI agents, Self-host dashboard + Excalidraw OSS
- Wave 3 (product): Atlas/Bubble series, Vault/capture specs
- Wave 4 (lexicon + systems): Verbal clusters, Upskilling model, Metacognitive agents
- Never auto: Truth/love, iOPEX investigation, raw JD
Gemma 13 Finals (superordinate, body awareness, WM, etc.) stay in Gemma 13; do not re-map here unless you want a unified Canvas index later.
E. Quick stats
| Bucket | Approx count |
|---|---|
| Index notes (content) | 32 (+ Welcome) |
| Publish-worthy (A1–A3) | ~22 indexes → ~18–20 unique public assets after merge |
| Skip / private / internal | 3–4 |
| Already Final elsewhere (Gemma 13) | Separate wave; not double-count |
F. Framing judgment (one paragraph)
Cursor’s four-part Indexes are serious and usable: keywords are tight, novel ideas are real, flow is short but coherent, publish angles name mode and concrete pieces. The main risk is over-labeling everything Authority and over-publishing product specs as separate essays. Triage above protects the stream: mechanism and lived systems first; raw JD/OSINT/relationship last or never.
Next step after you approve: full map (Phase 2–3) of Wave 1 only, using this constitution and this triage.
