Constitution: Publishable Asset Pipeline (Gemma 14)

This constitution is the same pipeline logic as Gemma 13, adapted for Index notes already present in this vault.

0. Purpose

Turn indexed sources into publishable assets that preserve:

  1. Human orientation (how Nitish moved through this discussion)
  2. AI / research answer quality (solid explanations kept; not rewritten for flair)

Not: generic summary farms.
Not: rigid house openers or “write playful for humanity” commandments.
Not: cloning openings from Gemma 13 Finals.

Framing:

  • Curiosity is first. Publish is downstream.
  • Playful depth may appear when the trajectory earns it; it is not a global style paste.
  • Never invent mandatory “Wait. Before the map…” loops.

1. What already exists here (Phase 0)

Each Index - *.md already has four elements (Cursor format, close to Gemma 13 batch map):

  1. Recurring keywords / key ideas
  2. Core / novel / atypical ideas
  3. Context and flow
  4. Publishing angles (Mode: Authority | Experiential)

Master: 00 - Master Index

Treat a complete Index note as Phase 0 complete. Do not re-index unless the Index is thin or wrong.

2. Source of truth chain

Downloads / specs / chats
    → Index - *.md  (Phase 0, this vault)
    → Phase 1 Orientation (optional if Index is strong; deepen prompts + intents if needed)
    → Phase 2 Freeze (value blocks from source)
    → Phase 3 Trajectory map → write-as-Nitish Final
    → Canvas / Labs Review (later)

3. Roles (Flavor 1)

Workers do not invent steps. Conflict → stop and report to hub.

4. Phases

Phase 0 — Index (done for this vault’s current set)

Four-part Index as above. Hub QC via 01 - Publish Triage - Worthy vs Redundant.

Phase 1 — Orientation (only if needed)

If Index already has strong keywords, novel ideas, flow, and angles:

  • Either skip and promote Index → Phase 2 brief, or
  • Deepen: full human-prompts list + intent bullets + coverage + audience outline (Gemma 13 Phase 1 shape).

Use deepen for High publish-worthy conversational threads. Specs/PDFs may go Index → Freeze faster.

Phase 2 — Freeze

  • Thread-specific curiosity frames (not stock openers)
  • Isolate best answer / research blocks from source (Downloads path on Index)
  • Omit personal digressions, chat games, PRIVATE detail, redundant dumps
  • Prefer value over volume
  • Do not rephrase solid explanations; clean junk only

Phase 3 — Trajectory map, then write as Nitish

Map first (see §9). Write second on behalf of Nitish using that map.
Keep Phase 2 payloads; path and voice follow trajectory.
No clone of Gemma 13 superordinate openings.

5. Omit / never public without explicit approve

  • Named third parties in sensitive contexts (relationships, interviews, OSINT on people)
  • Job hunt / recruiter investigation as public posts without sanitizing
  • Secrets, keys, client configs
  • Pure personal meltdown as main body
  • Duplicate indexes of the same thread (merge, do not double-publish)

6. Worker brief minimum

  1. Active phase rules + §9 for Phase 3
  2. Path to Index - … and absolute Source path
  3. Write path under Work/{slug}/
  4. Preserve answer fidelity over clever rewrite
  5. No em/en dashes in new prose (commas, periods, spaced hyphen)
  6. Forbidden: stock preambles from other Finals

7. Success definition

  • Reader feels this thread’s questions first
  • Answers still sound like strong originals
  • Voice follows this trajectory, not a global template
  • Personal noise cut; value kept
  • Provenance via wikilinks

8. Batch policy

  • Process Publish-worthy list first (01 - Publish Triage - Worthy vs Redundant)
  • Redundant / internal list is not Phase 3 fuel unless reclassified
  • Parallel workers only within one phase
  • Hub gate between phases on first wave

9. Final writing sub-prompt (Phase 3)

A. Trajectory map before prose

Write Trajectory - Inner Map.md:

  1. Prompt spine (human prompts in order, concise)
  2. Start state (initial curiosity / conflict)
  3. Transitions P1→P2→… with 2–3 likely impulses each (convinced? rejected frame? content yanked? internal itch? director mode?)
  4. Inner state arc (start → shifts → peaks → what was hunted at the end)
  5. Speech habits in this file only (do not import from other threads)

B. Write as Nitish speaking

If Nitish were explaining this doubt now, given this path, what words would he use?
Openings grow from start state + first impulses.
Spontaneity from the map, not from a shared formula.

C. Non-goals

  • No “for humanity” sermon unless the thread went there
  • No cloning Gemma 13 Final openings
  • No sacrificing accuracy for vibe
